By accessing our website or requesting services from Nomatec you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking a service.
Services
NomaTec provides mobile RV repair and maintenance services in the North Texas area. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion. All services are subject to technician availability and geographic service area.
Appointments & Dispatch
By submitting a service request you are requesting a technician be dispatched to your location. Nomatec will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred time window but does not guarantee specific arrival times. You agree to have the RV accessible and ready for service at the agreed upon time.
Pricing & Payment
Service estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of booking. Final charges may vary based on actual labor time and parts required. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Nomatec accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
Limitation of Liability
Nomatec is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage unrelated to the service performed. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. Nomatec is not liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from services rendered or not rendered.
Dispatch Platform
Nomatec operates a referral dispatch platform connecting customers with independent RV service technicians. In cases where an independent technician is dispatched, NomaTec serves as the platform facilitator and is not directly liable for the work performed by independent vendors. All independent technicians in our network are vetted and approved prior to receiving dispatch referrals.
Technician Applications
Independent technicians who apply to join the Nomatec network agree to maintain proper licensing, insurance, and certifications required in their service area. Nomatec reserves the right to remove any technician from the network at any time for any reason.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Nomatec website including text, graphics, logos, and images is the property of Nomatec and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Privacy
Your use of this site and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
Changes to Terms
Nomatec reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Parker County, Texas.
