Refund Policy

At Nomatec we stand behind the quality of our work. All services are performed by certified mobile technicians and are subject to the following policy.

Labor

Due to the nature of mobile service work, labor charges are generally non-refundable once a technician has been dispatched and work has been performed. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of service performed, please contact us within 72 hours and we will return to assess and correct the issue at no additional labor charge.

Parts

Parts installed during a service call are non-refundable once installed. If a part is found to be defective we will work with you to resolve the issue under the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.

Service fee

Service and diagnostic fees are non-refundable once a technician has arrived on site.

Exceptions

Refunds or credits may be issued at the sole discretion of NomaTec management in cases where a service was not completed due to technician error or circumstances within our control.
